Bien qu'ils soient fr\u00e9quents, les cas sont souvent sous-d\u00e9clar\u00e9s, voire sous-estim\u00e9s. La fr\u00e9quence de ce type de cas affecte en fin de compte le syst\u00e8me social, car il g\u00e9n\u00e8re des probl\u00e8mes psychologiques et \u00e9motionnels chez les victimes, emp\u00eachant l'\u00e9mergence de soci\u00e9t\u00e9s saines avec des individus heureux.<br\/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.who.int\/occupational_health\/publications\/en\/pwh4sp.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Organisation mondiale de la sant\u00e9<\/a> (OMS), la violence verbale est la forme la plus fr\u00e9quemment rapport\u00e9e de harc\u00e8lement moral sur le lieu de travail, \u00e9galement connue sous son acronyme anglais de \"bullying\". <em>mobbing.<\/em> Le harc\u00e8lement moral sur le lieu de travail est d\u00e9fini comme un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne caus\u00e9 par la d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration des relations interpersonnelles et les dysfonctionnements organisationnels sur le lieu de travail. <br\/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu'est-ce que le harc\u00e8lement moral au travail ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle peut \u00eatre associ\u00e9e \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents facteurs tels que la discrimination sexuelle, la religion, l'appartenance ethnique, l'\u00e2ge, la condition physique, entre autres. Le terme <em>harc\u00e8lement moral <\/em>\u00a0a \u00e9t\u00e9 invent\u00e9 par le chercheur su\u00e9dois Heinz Leymann pour d\u00e9signer le comportement de certaines esp\u00e8ces animales qui isolent l'un de leurs membres et l'expulsent de la communaut\u00e9. Sur le lieu de travail, il s'agit d'actions syst\u00e9matiques de harc\u00e8lement psychologique visant \u00e0 d\u00e9grader les conditions de travail, \u00e0 porter atteinte \u00e0 la dignit\u00e9, aux droits de l'homme et aux droits du travail, voire \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 physique et mentale.<br\/><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.srf.ch\/var\/storage\/images\/_aliases\/640w\/auftritte\/kultur\/zitate\/heinz_leymann\/166533686-2-ger-DE\/heinz_leymann.jpg\" alt=\"harc\u00e8lement au travail - Heinz Leymann\"\/><figcaption>Le terme <em>harc\u00e8lement moral <\/em>\u00a0a \u00e9t\u00e9 invent\u00e9 par le chercheur su\u00e9dois Heinz Leymann<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cependant, tous les conflits dans l'environnement de travail ne peuvent pas \u00eatre qualifi\u00e9s de harc\u00e8lement. Pour \u00eatre class\u00e9s dans cette cat\u00e9gorie, les conditions suivantes doivent \u00eatre remplies :<br\/><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Il doit s'agir d'un comportement r\u00e9p\u00e9titif et prolong\u00e9 pendant au moins six mois.<\/li><li>Ces actions sont contraires \u00e0 l'\u00e9thique et contre-productives pour l'ensemble de l'environnement de travail.<\/li><li>Il y a g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une victime sp\u00e9cifique et il ne s'agit pas d'un mauvais environnement de travail g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9.<\/li><li>La situation perp\u00e9tu\u00e9e n'est pas le r\u00e9sultat d'une r\u00e9action \u00e0 un comportement injustifi\u00e9 de l'intimid\u00e9 envers l'intimidateur.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le harc\u00e8lement moral sur le lieu de travail a souvent des r\u00e9percussions multiples sur la victime<\/strong> qui affectent de mani\u00e8re significative leur sant\u00e9 et leur d\u00e9veloppement personnel. En ce sens, ils peuvent \u00e9prouver des r\u00e9actions d'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, d'apathie, de d\u00e9pression, d'ins\u00e9curit\u00e9, d'insomnie, de brusques changements d'humeur et m\u00eame des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 \u00e9vidents tels que l'hypertension art\u00e9rielle, les crises d'asthme, les migraines, les dermatites, la perte de cheveux, les ulc\u00e8res d'estomac, la tachycardie, parmi d'autres.<br\/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Parfois, cette situation implique \u00e9galement un harc\u00e8lement sexuel.<\/strong>, Le terme \"sollicitation sexuelle\" est d\u00e9fini comme la sollicitation de faveurs de nature sexuelle, compromettant les relations de travail existantes en imposant tacitement une menace de la part d'une figure de pouvoir qui <a href=\"https:\/\/venfort.com\/fr\/infraction-de-harcelement-sexuel-des-femmes\/#.W1-4rtThAfc\">favorise la manipulation de la victime<\/a>.<br\/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bien qu'il affecte visiblement la personne harcel\u00e9e et finisse par devenir un probl\u00e8me social<\/strong>, les <em>harc\u00e8lement moral <\/em>a \u00e9t\u00e9 sous-estim\u00e9 et g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement sous-d\u00e9clar\u00e9. Pour permettre \u00e0 la justice de faire son travail, il est important d'informer les travailleurs et les employeurs sur ce crime afin de le pr\u00e9venir et, s'il se produit, de pouvoir agir \u00e0 temps pour d\u00e9terminer les responsabilit\u00e9s correspondantes.
